How to inspire thousands of people to share their dream and shape the future ofNashville? This was the question posed by the co-chairs of Imagine Nashville, a community-led visioning initiative aimed at helping the city identify priorities and develop an actionable plan for the future.
Delevante responded with a bold brand identity infused with color, movement, and optimism. With a goal to garner public participation in a citywide survey and other experiential research, all materials needed be inclusive and inviting while also conveying a sense of urgency and import.
The language was compelling, colloquial, and clear. The visuals reflected what Nashvillians expressed were their cares and concerns. And all materials—from initial invitations to a 60-page final report—were thorough, meaningful, and actionable, as intended from the start.
Delevante approached Imagine Nashville as a movement – something by and for the people. As we learned what our neighbors most desired—a city where we all belong—we took seriously our responsibility to show that they had been seen and heard, and that the movement was just beginning.
